AMICI DELL’AIKIDO ASD intends to comply with the obligations set forth in art. 16 c.2 of Legislative Decree 39 of 2021 by preparing and adopting the prescribed Organizational and Control Model for Sports Activities (hereinafter referred to, for brevity, as the “Prevention Model”) in compliance with the directives contained in the relevant Guidelines adopted by the Italian Sports Center APS in July 2023 and the fundamental principles identified by the CONI PERMANENT OBSERVATORY FOR SAFEGUARDING POLICIES regarding the PREVENTION AND COUNTERACTION OF ABUSE, VIOLENCE AND DISCRIMINATION approved on 25 July 2023.
